Flat Tip Extensions

Flat Tip Extensions

Flat Tip is the method for precision. The bond allows you to place tiny bonds exactly where they're needed, which makes it the natural choice for finer hair, and for adding discreet density in the spots most methods can't reach, like the fringe and hairline. The bond sits flat and close to the scalp, so it disappears under the client's own hair and gives you great control.

Flat Tip is a heat-bonded method: each keratin tip is warmed, moulded and sealed directly to the client's own hair, forming a secure, long-lasting bond. The tips are pre-cut and ready to use straight from the pack, so there's no prep eating into your fitting time. Our heated dual-plate tool, with an adjustable dial, keeps pace with even the fastest fitters. Removals are just as clean: the keratin breaks down into a soft powder, lifting out comfortably with nothing left behind.

You can see just how discreet the bond sits in these close-ups from Liane Godfrey, fitted in a deep brunette blend of colours 1A and 1B, and Andrew Thomas Jones in the shade C13, the join tucked flat against the root and all but invisible through the lengths.

It's a single-use method; the hair isn't refitted, so a fresh set is applied each time, with a typical wear time of about 3 months.

For a specialist, a better colour match is the clearest way to set your work apart, and flat tip is built for it. Every strand is made multi-tonal, with distinct highs and lows in some shades and a softer dimension in others, for a true-to-life match straight from the pack. From there, it's yours to build on: blend complementary tones across our 55+ shade range to add dimension and get genuinely creative with each client's colour.

The blends from Lucy Peaches in the colour C10 and Joey Diado in the shades C6, W8 and W14 show exactly what that range makes possible, from a clean, bright single shade through to a dimensional, hand-blended bronde built from three complementary tones.

That precision and colour range is why Flat Tip carries across so many results, warm and golden through to cool, dimensional brunette:

Andrew Thomas Jones, W4 + W5, Flat Tip: a warm, golden blend with rich dimension through the lengths.
Aura by Gervais, C5 + C16 + W11, Flat Tip: a soft, multi-tonal bronde built from a three-shade blend.
CJ Harbison, C16 + W13, Flat Tip: a cool, lived-in brunette with subtle balayage movement.
