26 pairs of Tape Extensions Transformation

This look was created at Vixen & Blush by blending two of our tape shades: C9, a cool multi-tonal blonde, and C20, a rooted dirty-blonde balayage. 26 pairs of 18” tape were used to build both length and volume, with the two shades blended for a soft, dimensional finish.

It's a good example of what our rooted and multi-tonal shades are designed to do. Rather than a single flat colour, each shade carries its own depth and movement, so when you blend them, you can match a client's natural tone and create a bespoke result every time. C9 brings the brighter pieces through the lengths, while C20 grounds the look with a lived-in, rooted base.

Tape is one of our most popular methods, and it's easy to see why. It's semi-permanent, quick to apply, and sits flat and discreet against the head. The hair can be refitted every 6–8 weeks, making it low-maintenance for clients and a reliable, repeatable service for your salon.

C9 and C20 are versatile shades and are available in a variety of methods. Both shades blend beautifully with others across our range, and both are available in our full selection of methods, so you can reach for them, whatever service a client books.

You'll see both shades at work above:

Liane Godfrey, C20 + C15 + C24, Keratin Tip: C20 anchors a warmer blonde here, layered with C15 and C24 for a sun-kissed, multi-tonal result.

Extension Lounge 01, C9 + C21, Weft: C9's bright blonde is softened with C21 for a natural finish in a weft application.

Vixen & Blush, C20 + C16 + 5, I-Tip: C20 is blended with C16 and 5 for a richer, rooted balayage with depth through the mid-lengths.

C9 and C20 are built with real depth and tonal variation, so they blend easily and adapt to whatever look you're after, cool and bright, or warm and rooted. That versatility is what lets them work across so many fits and methods, from tape and weft to keratin tip and i-tip.
