UK Orders
Only orders which are placed through the website can be fulfilled.
Once received, orders must be opened and inspected by the customer immediately so that any issues can be reported and thus resolved promptly.

Delivery is free of charge to our customers (for orders over the value of £115).
If there is an order that requires a special delivery method, on request, this may be accommodated at our discretion. However, the additional delivery fee will be chargeable. We will notify you of the delivery fee in advance and also seek payment of the charge before sending out the order.
