At The London Hair Lab, we believe education is what separates a competent fitting from genuine expertise, so our training is built for stylists who are already working in extensions and want to master them. Our courses are Habia-approved and designed for professionals with a minimum of 2 years' experience and at least 50 heads of extensions completed. This isn't an introduction to the basics; it's the most effective way to refine real skill, in a learning environment where you can share best practice with other established salons across the UK and Ireland.

Because we supply salons that are already experts in this field, the course works on two levels. You'll sharpen your core technical skills, but you'll also examine your own offering, where the service can be tightened, where profitability can improve, and how to limit your liability in what is a genuinely complex area of hairdressing. It's education aimed at the business of extensions as much as the craft.
Train with our Ambassadors
Alongside our own courses, our brand ambassadors run their own respected education either side of the Atlantic, both working directly with The London Hair Lab hair.

Andrew Thomas Jones - UK Ambassador
Andrew is an award-winning extension specialist with over 18 years in the industry and 13 of those in extensions. He runs his education from Cobh Studios, his own salon in Southeast London, where he teaches his keratin bond masterclass, The Art of a Bond. It's a hands-on class covering everything from why a bond works to application, customisation and creating bespoke colour blends, suited to both newcomers to keratin and experienced extensionists looking to sharpen their application and level up. You can find his current education at Cobh Studios.

Caitlyn Lilly - USA Ambassador
Caitlyn is a salon owner, educator and keratin extension specialist who splits her time between taking clients at her own salon and travelling the US educating stylists. Her training is known for its detail and problem-solving focus, and includes hands-on K-Tip classes as well as in-person 1:1 shadow days tailored to where a stylist wants to grow. Her hands-on classes cover placement, bond retention, application and removal, ideal whether you're beginning to offer keratin extensions or building a stronger foundation before moving into more advanced customisation. You can find her class schedule and details at Hair By Caitlyn.
Training with an ambassador is a direct route into the methods and standards we build our hair around, a valuable step whether you're refining an established service or expanding what your salon offers.
